Semi-Private Training

Semi-private classes offer ideal focus in a small group setting to maximize your results. They are perfect to help those who are looking to improve their fitness. Attendance is capped, enabling us to keep these sessions intimate so our trainers can give you personal attention. Semi-private training provides the perfect combination of individual coaching and supportive community. Each workout is adjusted to your ability.

Coach Ethan, proudly became a dad five years ago, while working full-time as a personal trainer and coach. With over ten years in the Health and Fitness Industry, he realizes how vital fitness and nutrition is in the quest to maintain balance and happiness

Our Program:
Even though you’re a dad now, doesn’t mean you need a “dad bod.” When you become a parent, the priority becomes your children but to be an effect role model you have to be your best self. Superhero Dads is a small group training specialty program with weekly workouts built specifically for dads looking to train together and efficiently maximize their time (…maybe complain a little).

Our Classes:
Enjoy a challenging workout amongst Dads who are looking to improve their fitness, lifestyle, and build a supportive community in the Astoria/LIC area.

Classes are 1 hour long and open to all levels of fitness. This class is a chance to commiserate with other Dads, share your war stories, and work towards a healthier, stronger individual, so you can be a better parent.
